BioAmmo Blue Shotshells
BioAmmo prides itself on sustainable shotshells. The cases and wads are made of a patented, vegetable biopolymer that is fully bio-compostable. You can either burry the used hulls and wads or toss them on your compost pile. It’ll take about two years for the cases and wads to biodegrade compared to an estimated 450 years for conventional plastics. BioAmmo isn’t stopping there; new for 2022 is BioAmmo Blue for hunting. These bio-compostable blue cartridges are filled with alloy-based pellets instead of lead or steel. Suitable for use in all shotguns, they have almost the same density, hardness, lethality and penetration as lead, but the hulls are ready for the compost heap when you are done with a day afield. BioAmmo Blue just may be the sustainable shotshells for your next scattergun adventure. BioAmmo.com
