Dianna Muller, founder of Women for Gun Rights, testified in March 2025 before the House Judiciary Subcommittee on Crime and Federal Government Surveillance during a hearing titled "The Right to Self-Defense." In her testimony, Muller emphasized the importance of the Second Amendment in empowering individuals, particularly women, to protect themselves and others from harm. She argued that restrictive gun control measures fail to deter criminal activity and instead leave law-abiding citizens vulnerable. Drawing on her extensive experience in law enforcement and Second Amendment advocate, Muller highlighted the need for policies that respect constitutional rights and bolster personal and public safety.

Muller was joined by several Women for Gun Rights delegates. Their teal shirts not only provided a visual counter to the gun control activists from Moms Demand Action who wore red but also showcased the widespread and growing support for gun rights in America.
About Women for Gun Rights
Women for Gun Rights is a nationwide organization of women committed to safeguarding the Second Amendment. A non-partisan initiative of daughters, mothers, and sisters who believe education is the key to firearm safety and violence prevention—not legislation. We counter the disinformation gun control groups circulate by informing our friends, families, communities, and legislators with the truth that gun rights are human rights.
