The aggressor attempted to disarm her but he she ultimately shot and killed him. The woman was not hurt, and will not face charges, according to reports. It turns out that the man was a registered sex offender, and had been convicted in Utah of attempted forcible sexual abuse, a second-degree felony. Additionally, according to the Arizona Department of Corrections, the man was convicted of aggravated domestic violence in Pima County, Arizona, in 2014, for which he was sentenced to six months in prison.
