NRA Women The Armed Citizen Drawing A Pistol

Two children heard strange sounds while playing in their suburban Alabama home. When they peaked around and saw a strange woman in the house, they immediately alerted their mother, who was taking a bath. She ordered her children to flee the house, while she retrieved her handgun. The mother confronted the female intruder, and during a struggle for the firearm, the homeowner shot the intruder in the stomach. The injured woman was flown to University Hospital in Mobile, Ala., where she was reported to be alert and conscious. No charges were filed that day. (fox10tv.com, Mobile, Ala., 9/5/19)
