The stateside importer for the Italian firm offers its popular Momentum rifle in a big-bore, straight-wall chambering—.450 Bushmaster.

In recent years, Franchi USA has achieved success in the American market with its turn-bolt, three-lug rifles, and for 2024, the stateside importer for the Italian firm offers its popular Momentum rifle in a big-bore, straight-wall chambering—.450 Bushmaster. Featuring the company’s Elite package, which includes camouflage stock options along with Cerakote finishes, this latest Momentum has become a real thumper, without sacrificing tried-and-true elements brand loyalists have come to love. Wrapped in True Timber Strata, the Momentum Elite rifle, in .450 Bushmaster, will come with a threaded cold-hammer-forged steel barrel capped with a radial muzzle brake, which helps to reduce recoil of those heavy-for-caliber hunting loads. Working in concert with the brake is the TSA recoil to tame up to 50 percent of the recoil impulse. Franchi Momentum Elite rifles feed from detachable box magazines, offer factory-installed Picatinny rail for optics and come with molded-in sling studs for snag-free operation. A single-stage adjustable trigger is standard, too. Straight-wall hunting cartridges have increased in popularity over the last decade, and Franchi USA is ready for 2024 with a feature-rich offering.
