Midway Usa Colt Python Auction Lede2

If you’ve ever dreamed of owning one of the most iconic gun in American firearm history, here’s your chance to do so while supporting youth shooting team of your choice. Thanks to the generosity of sponsors like Colt, MidwayUSA Foundation is auctioning a 2020 Colt Python, with the starting bid at $750. This auction ends Sunday, August 7, 2022, at 7 p.m. EDT. Here’s how to get in on the bidding with your virtual paddle.

If you aren't familiar with the new model Python, its modern features like stainless-steel alloys and a re-designed rear sight bring this firearm into the 21st century. A full 30 percent additional steel beneath the rear adjustable target sight makes for a stronger revolver and a more robust shooting experience. A recessed target crown, a user-interchangeable front sight, and walnut grip with the iconic Colt medallion round out the features, and make this a gun you’ll want to shoot and show off. The Python is chambered in .357 Mag., but also accommodates .38 Spl. cartridges. See the complete firearm specs and more auction details here.

The winning bid is a tax-deductible donation to the youth shooting team or organization of the winner's choice, and will be matched through MidwayUSA Foundation's Matching Program, funded by Larry and Brenda Potterfield, owners of MidwayUSA.
